Named Credential Configuration
Important: Named Credentials are pre-configured for both providers. You only need to update the Authentication Parameter value in the Named Credential’s External Credentials.
OpenAI Configuration
- Go to Setup → Named Credentials → OpenAI External Credential
- Set Authentication Parameter to:
Bearer YOUR_API_KEY_HERE- Replace YOUR_API_KEY_HERE with your OpenAI API key
- Make sure to keep the “Bearer ” prefix (with a space)
- Get your API key from: OpenAI API Keys

Ollama Configuration
- Go to Setup → Named Credentials → Ollama External Credential
- Set Authentication Parameter to:
None- Ollama typically doesn’t require authentication for local deployments
- If you’ve configured authentication, use the appropriate token format

Quick Start Guide
- Initial Setup:
